"I had doubts that program was going to work for someone like me. Running 400 meters without walking felt like a hard task to accomplish. In the third week of my 5 week tryout program I decided to quit the program, but the support I received from coach Bryan helped me to stay and keep going. At the end of my 5th week I was able to see improvements from my hard work.
I was so lost at first, especially when it came to eating well. One of the best programs HEW offers is the HewFit Challenge. It taught me what and how I should eat. It helped me to lose fat and gain muscles.

"Prior to coming to HEW, I worked out 4 times a week at other gyms. I did a mix of group fitness training , spin, and worked out on my own at another gym, but never seemed to loose weight.
